From Lovely: "A Personal Note - Thank you for an incredible 2025"

As 2025 draws to a close, we’ve been spending a lot of time reflecting on the incredible wins this community has achieved. From nurses landing their first high-paying PRN contracts to the powerful connections made within our Close Friends community, it has truly been a year of transformation.

But beyond the job alerts and resume revamps, there is a heart and a vision behind everything we do here at The Per Diem Plug.

To wrap up the year, our CEO, Lovely, wanted to share a personal message with all of you. Below, she opens up about the journey of the past twelve months, the lessons learned along the way, and why she is more committed than ever to helping you secure your "Freedom, Flexibility, and Funds" in the coming year.

Hi Close Friends!

I wanted to send this as a CEO memo, but really… this is a thank-you note.

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for reading, supporting, sharing, subscribing, watching, downloading, responding, and trusting me with your time and attention.

When I started this journey, I didn’t have a blueprint. I had lived experience, long shifts, hard lessons, and a deep belief that nurses deserve more options, more flexibility, and more ownership over their lives. I built what I needed first, then realized others needed it too.

And somehow, you found me.

Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or you joined five minutes ago, I want you to know this: I do not take your support lightly. Every message, every click, every “this helped me” reminds me why I keep showing up even when it would be easier not to.

Here’s my commitment to you:

A commitment to clarity over confusion, honesty over hype, systems that actually help, and support that doesn’t disappear after checkout.

As this grows, my promise stays the same. I’m here to listen. I’m here to build resources that meet real needs. I’m here to evolve with you, not talk at you.
